Rishta Rewards app for iPhone and iPad

Program Eligibility and Validity Criteria:

All users who are registered with the Rishta Rewards program are eligible to avail the benefits of the program provided they achieve their target and other applicable conditions.
Rishta Rewards program is valid for all registered participants with effect from the date of their enrolment into the program. All those who are enrolled are eligible to earn points in the program.
HCCB reserves the right to extend or reduce the program duration and shall notify participants about any such change.
Program Functionality Step by Step:

Rishta Rewards members are requested not to register their mobile number for DND (Do Not Disturb) or NDNC (National Do Not Call) as the entire program communication would be done through SMSs.
All members enrolled in this program are required to strictly keep their Rishta Rewards login credentials confidential and use the Rishta Rewards Program login credentials assigned to them only. All enrolled members must follow this strictly and should not indulge in any practice contravening it directly or indirectly.
Membership is non-transferable and subject to present and future program rules.
Enrollment becomes effective and acceptance of these terms & conditions begins when a new member enrolls in the Rishta Rewards Program.
HCCB reserves the right to withdraw/ discontinue/ terminate any individual membership in Rishta Rewards Program.

Program Key Pointers:

The Points cannot be exchanged for cash or credit or be used to obtain cash advances or be used against payment for any charges incurred.
HCCB reserves the right to make Rishta Rewards Program points and promotional offers available to select members based on purchase activity, geographic location, and program participation.
The points will be given to the member-only if the user achieves the target (monthly/quarterly). If the target is not communicated to the users, no points will be provided to the member for the period.
Membership points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
HCCB reserves the right to either increase or decrease the number of Points accrued on qualifying purchases, or to change how Points are accrued, from time to time and at our sole discretion.
Deposits in website account have an expiry period. Points to be expired will be communicated to members through SMS.
From January 2020 onwards, Reward Points deposited are valid only for 15 months from the award period.
e.g. If you have received reward points for the month of Jan-Feb-Mar 2020, then the same will expire by end of KO June 2021( KO calendar system as used by HCCBPL). The date will be communicated through SMS.
Any changes to the above scenario will be communicated to members in advance.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Indian Republic and all disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore.
